Steroids used

Cycle Length: 8-10 weeks
Cycle Overview:

  • Weeks 1-10: Testosterone Propionate

Dosage: 100 mg every other day (EOD)
Purpose: Testosterone Propionate is a fast-acting ester that helps maintain lean muscle mass, improve strength, and support recovery. In cutting cycles, it helps prevent muscle loss while on a calorie deficit.

  • Weeks 1-8: Trenbolone Acetate

Dosage: 50 mg every other day (EOD) or 75 mg EOD (if more experienced)
Purpose: Trenbolone is a powerful steroid for cutting, enhancing muscle hardness, increasing strength, and promoting fat loss. It does not cause water retention, giving muscles a dry, shredded look. However, it can come with significant side effects like insomnia, night sweats, and cardiovascular strain. Intermediate Shredding Stack

  • Weeks 1-8: Anavar (Oxandrolone)

Dosage: 50 mg per day
Purpose: Anavar is a great oral steroid for cutting, helping to maintain lean muscle mass and promote a hard, vascular look without water retention. It’s also relatively mild in terms of side effects compared to other oral steroids.

  • Weeks 5-10: Winstrol (Stanozolol)

Dosage: 30-50 mg per day
Purpose: Winstrol is used in the later part of the cycle to further harden muscles, enhance vascularity, and promote additional fat loss. It’s often used toward the end of a cutting cycle for its ability to give muscles a very dry and defined look.

Post-Cycle Therapy (PCT):

  • Weeks 11-14: Clomid 50 mg/day + Nolvadex 40 mg/day (First 2 weeks)
  • Weeks 11-14: Clomid 25 mg/day + Nolvadex 20 mg/day (Last 2 weeks)

Training and Nutrition Guidelines:

Caloric Deficit: Ensure you’re consuming 10-20% fewer calories than your maintenance to promote fat loss.
Protein: Aim for 1.2-1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight daily to preserve muscle mass.
Training: Focus on heavy compound movements (squats, deadlifts, bench press) 4-5 times per week, supplemented with 3-4 cardio sessions (HIIT and steady-state).
Hydration: Drink plenty of water, especially when using Tenboloner, as it can cause night sweats and dehydration.
